Tipbox Beta Test Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Tipbox Beta Test! We're excited to have you explore our platform. Since Tipbox is still in development, we ask that you read and agree to the following terms before participating in our beta program.
1. Beta Software Warning
Tipbox is currently in beta. That means you may encounter bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behaviour. Your participation helps us improve, but please be aware:
- The software is provided as-is with no guarantees.
- We may make changes (including breaking changes) at any time without notice.
- Data may be lost or altered - we recommend not relying on Tipbox for mission-critical tasks at this stage.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Agree not to use Tipbox for unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes.
- Provide accurate feedback when possible - it's how we grow.
3. Confidentiality
As a beta tester, you may get access to features and designs not yet released to the public.
Please:
- Don't share screenshots, code, documents, or access credentials.
- Don't post public reviews, videos, or walkthroughs without written permission.
4. Feedback
We love feedback. By providing feedback, you agree that:
- Tipbox may use it to improve the platform.
- You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use suggestions without compensation or
obligation.
5. Data Usage
We may collect diagnostic, usage, and error data during the beta to help us fix bugs and improve performance. Your content stays yours - we do not claim ownership.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your beta access at any time, for any reason (but probably just if you break the rules or the system breaks on us).
7. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability
Because this is a beta:
- We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or reliability.
- Tipbox is not liable for any loss of data, productivity, or profits.
Use Tipbox at your own risk during the beta period.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the beta evolves. Continued use means you accept any changes.
We'll let you know when that happens.
